The relevance of the problem of construction waste management has proven to be true, as the statistical data reflect an increase in the amount of construction and demolition works in the Russian Federation. The authors analyze the current standards, regulatory documents and requirements applicable to construction waste processing. One of the most important challenges is a need to develop production schedules (PSs) applicable to the processes of management of construction and demolition waste. The process of coordination of PSs, their structure and contents is considered in the article in detail. There is a need for universal construction waste management software programmes. Development of these software programmes can promote essential results in projecting, modeling and research of the properties of waste management processes.

The problem of calculation of an optimal route is important for companies, including civil engineering companies, wishing to reduce transportation costs of cargoes delivery. The existing regional distribution network of automobile roads is characterized, as a rule, by an extensive network of roads of varying quality, traffic capacity, large distances between consignors and consignees, small warehouse areas, disabled vehicle fleet. In this way companies seek to increased profits by means of solving complex problems such as: reducing the costs of transportation and storage of cargoes, reducing the number of vehicles fleet, using optimal vehicles schedule. Note that in this paper, the term optimal is not used in the strict mathematical sense (optimal - which can’t be improved), but as an established business application in a term describing the effectiveness and efficiency of the process of cost reduction. Common formulation of cargoes delivery optimization problem from consignor to consignee by motor transport is offered. Mathematical models and methods of cargoes delivery on an extensive network of roads are provided. The method consists in gradual solving of three problems: the problem of dividing the region into zones detour in one trip, the traveling salesman problem and the problem of forming a daily job for each unit of vehicle. The software for solving this problem is developed. The software is based on the complex of developed algorithms and standard software tools. The software permits: to calculate the optimal (in terms of transport costs and time costs) routes, schedules and delivery schemes of cargoes from consignor to consignee; to perform the optimal choice of consignor for each consignee by means of calculation of the minimum total cost of the storage and cost of its delivery; to ensure optimal filling of order in time and to ensure a full loading of cargo motor vehicles. Some results of software implementation are described.

Despite the widespread use of the logistic approach in many areas of human activities, analysis of references concerning its prospects causes the author to conclude that the prospects for the employment of the principles of logistics aimed at the improvement of efficiency of operation of the system of treatment of construction and demolition waste fails to enjoy sufficient consideration. Logistiсs-based management of streams of construction waste triggers production of raw materials, increases the output amount, reduces initial costs and prevents environmental pollution. The methodology of logistics makes it possible to optimize complex systems. Intensive development of the concept of an integrated system of waste control is boosted by the prospects for the application of secondary resources. In the article, expediency of introduction of principles of logistics into the theory and practice of construction waste management is proven. Substantial technological, economic and ecological effects of integration of the 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) concept of construction waste management with logistic methods are considered.

The process of manufacturing of various construction products is accompanied by the generation of huge amounts of versatile wastes. Application of construction waste in further production processes is possible in the aftermath of its pre-processing or even without it. Construction waste recycling can generate high revenues. The pattern of waste generation and further logistic flows of waste generated in the process of construction and demolition are presented in article. The analysis of the market of secondary, or recycled, construction products has revealed weaknesses of its operation. The proper choice of effective technologies for the treatment of building waste may turn into the basis for successful economic development of the construction industry in the Russian regions. The backwardness of the market of secondary resources misbalances supply and demand for market products. In this article, the pattern for development of logistics-based models of intensive development of the market of secondary construction resources is proposed. Application of this logistics-based approach will generate economic benefits and prevent environmental pollution.

The current problem for managers in logistic and trading companies is the task of improving the operational business performance and developing the logistics support of sales. The development of logistics sales supposes development and implementation of a set of works for the development of the existing warehouse facilities, including both a detailed description of the work performed, and the timing of their implementation. Logistics engineering of warehouse complex includes such tasks as: determining the number and the types of technological zones, calculation of the required number of loading-unloading places, development of storage structures, development and pre-sales preparation zones, development of specifications of storage types, selection of loading-unloading equipment, detailed planning of warehouse logistics system, creation of architectural-planning decisions, selection of information-processing equipment, etc. The currently used ERP and WMS systems did not allow us to solve the full list of logistics engineering problems. In this regard, the development of specialized software products, taking into account the specifics of warehouse logistics, and subsequent integration of these software with ERP and WMS systems seems to be a current task. In this paper we suggest a system of statistical analysis of logistics information, designed to meet the challenges of logistics engineering and planning. The system is based on the methods of statistical data processing.The proposed specialized software is designed to improve the efficiency of the operating business and the development of logistics support of sales. The system is based on the methods of statistical data processing, the methods of assessment and prediction of logistics performance, the methods for the determination and calculation of the data required for registration, storage and processing of metal products, as well as the methods for planning the reconstruction and development of the existing warehouses. The results of approbation of software for the logistics of designing large warehouses of metal trading companies are given.

In the process of organizing the cooperation of participants of construction special attention should be paid to logistic connections, which formed in frames of planning, management and control of material, information and financial resources. Logistics in the construction is of integrated character and is carried out in frames of different modules cooperation. In the given article the authors consider the cooperation of organizations-participants of a big construction company, which includes enterprises and organizations - suppliers of materials and raw materials for construction industry, transport organizations and organizations performing construction and installation works. Modular decomposition of production and logistic construction processes is conducted. The authors suggest a solution for the problem of expedience of putting a construction object into operation with the help of cooperation organization of the participants basing on the normative document - industrial transport and technological modulus. It is planned to control of schedules and plans in such time scale, in which they are made, by means of "virtual enterprise".
