Subject: the article considers the problems of managerial and organizational-economic relations reflecting the conceptual modeling of the interrelationships of the main participants in development activities in the implementation of investment and construction projects of industrial parks, and describes organizational forms and methods of managing the total cost of ownership of industrial real estate, based on a functional approach and functional modeling of the industrial development structure. Research objectives: elaboration of conceptual models of the functional structure of industrial development of industrial parks using methodological approaches based on the principles of functional-system modeling of development structures. Materials and methods: a set of systemic interrelated methodological approaches based on the use of functional modeling theory, economic-mathematical, technical-economic, logical analysis, as well as reliability and risk theories, simulation and functional statistical modeling, expert assessments, situational analysis and forecasting was used. Results: the article demonstrates the results of theoretical research of the author in the field of methodological modeling of industrial development systems for the construction of industrial parks based on the use of a functional-system approach. The final theoretical functional model is presented, when the object of research is considered in the form of functions or goal settings of the action, which is based on selection and structuring of subsystems consisting of function-stages, function-tasks, objects of reproduction, as well as different levels and situations of management, and also options for state-private partnership. The concept of «industrial development of industrial parks» was also refined. Conclusions: the performed research value was determined from the standpoint of elaboration of the theory and methodology in the field of industrial development with a focus on construction of large, complex and unique objects, as well as on scientific and practical evolution of the processes of state-private partnership in the management of industrial construction of industrial parks.

Design of ropeways of the mountain recreational centers

Ropeways are an eco-friendly and economically viable transport used for transportation of passengers and shipment. Ropeways are widely applied during construction in the conditions of a mountainous relief. The state programs aimed at the development of mountain recreational centers (MRCs) stipulate ropeways construction in accordance with the MRC situational plan. Safety and comfort of a ropeway are defined not only by its technical characteristics, but also by its linking to the relief, MRC facilities and infrastructure. The article describes the main design stages of a ropeway starting from the concept, a choice of its axis, determination of capacity, type of a ropeway, requirements to the track before the design of drop-off/pick-up zones. For each design stage the explanations, which reflect real work specifics, are provided, together with the technical characteristics for calculations and solution samples. The concept defines the functional purpose of a ropeway: ski slopes/ tourist zones/ recreation areas; the season of ropeway operation, the scheme of communications with the MRC objects, the capacity of reception base, the minimum distance from the bottom stations to residential complexes. The critical decisions of axis and track design are carried out by a coalition of designer-planners, expert designers and ropeway technologists. The ropeway, which performs transport function, unites all the objects of the mountain recreational center into a single complex. The optimum placement of a ropeway deals with the questions of comfort, safety and profitability, therefore greatly contributing to the quality of the whole ropeway project. During the MRC development one should consider the questions of infrastructure expansion, year-round ropeway operation and increasing ski tracks capacity, which will demand ropeway modernization and/ or changes in the situational plan of the mountain recreational center.

The author describes the concept of integration of art in the contemporary architecture. The relevance of this topic is determined by the need to develop a scientific approach to the problem of integrity of modern architecture on the level of art. The author analyzes modern architecture as the art that connects specified and spontaneous conditions into a uniform artistic ensemble, or a work of architectural art. Their interaction results in new forms of architectural and artistic expressiveness and “kinds” of architectural art of a special synthetic quality. By describing the concept of artistic integrity of space, the author proves that the relevant urban understanding is related to the periodic transformation of the “space-time” concept. The architecture embodies the “form” of time, while the integrity of the historic environment is determined by development of the concept of its identity.Integration of art into architectural activity is represented by a system of integration “fields” in the space-time context, in the art system in terms of an individual creative activity of an architect. Conceptions of synthesis of architecture and art demonstrated by masters of contemporary architecture determine the unique nature of personal approaches and methodology of the author’s creative activities from the standpoint of unity of an individual language of an architect, multidimensional context and work concept. Integration of art is presented as a procedure of inter-systemic and inter-discipline interactions aimed at the achievement of a new level of creative development and described by a theoretical model.
