The integrated concept reflecting all aspects complex safety of building, ecological safety is. Ecological safety includes everything that is connected with quality of a life and population health, according to the ecological doctrine of the Russian Federation, so also any aspects of safety. The tool of maintenance of ecological safety is «the system of an estimation of ecological safety». Article is devoted a substantiation of criteria, concepts and principles of formation of this system.
